Emanate Technology is a specialist IT recruitment business with offices across Brisbane, Canberra, Melbourne and Adelaide. Coming off of a strong growth year, and with a new office move in a few months, we are looking for an experienced recruiter to join our Brisbane team in either our Software & Testing or our Project Services vertical.
We will ensure that you are setup for success from day one, with active billing clients, contractors and live roles, plus the backing of a genuinely supportive, down‑to‑earth and collaborative team. We invest heavily in our tech stack, give you the tools to succeed, and create an environment where people enjoy coming to work.

What you’ll be doing
- Manage and grow relationships with new and existing clients
- Build your brand as a specialist in your vertical
- Source, interview and manage candidates using our market‑leading platforms
- Support colleagues and collaborate across the team
- Manage contractors and ensure smooth delivery
- Mentor junior consultants and resourcers (where applicable)
- Recruitment experience in either Software & Testing or Project Services
- Strong consulting, negotiation and business development skills
- A genuine commitment to quality delivery
- Someone who enjoys building relationships and delivering great outcomes
