Jayce Grayye Consulting is seeking a Regional Operations Director for one of our clients! They are a multi location weight loss clinic that created a revolutionary method for effective weight loss without hunger, starvation, chronic exercise or medications. The founder has 15+ years of education in nutrition and metabolism & comes to the field of nutrition for weight loss and wellness with a unique background. She spent the first 25 years of her life participating in the rigorous training of her professional classical ballet career.
About The Opportunity
The Director of Operations will be a motivational leader; they will drive progress by building collaborative teams and culture, clearing obstacles to enhance goal-focused performance. He should be someone that effectively develops and leads organizations built on a strong collaborative culture.
Growing profits by managing payroll, paid time off, requested time off and ensuring proper hours of operation and adequate staffing with employee scheduling. Use metrics to build strategy for the clinic and ensure staff are driving toward these goals. Make staffing decisions with team leaders while considering labor costs. The Director of Operations should ensure proper hours and adequate staffing. Manage employee time off and number of employees to ensure excellent customer service. Use metrics to build strategy for the clinic and ensure staff is driving to achieve goals (e.g. new client conversion rates, number of new clients seen each month, etc).
Assisting team leaders to identify employee strengths and weaknesses and place them in roles that highlight their strengths (e.g. if an Employee maintains low (<60%) new client conversion rate for 3 months, they need more training or need to be moved into another role).
Structure & Compensation
- Full Time & W2 Position
- Base Salary $96,000 to $120,000 (Depends on Experience)
- Per Year + bonus off profit -> $2000 to $3000 each month
- OTE Year 1 -> $130,000+ OTE 2 Year 2 -> $140,000+
- Onsite, Remote & Local Travel Opportunity
- Traveling Between Asheville, Greenville & Charlotte Offices once a week
- for a day ie Asheville: week 1 for a day, Greenville: week 2 for a day etc,
- Charlotte Week 3 for a day, repeat cycle etc

Daily Operations
The Director of Operations will be a role model to clients and employees by living the PHD principles of a healthy body and lifestyle. Lead by example by displaying a willingness to assist with any task and encourage a cooperative environment.
- Ensure that projects, new hire performance reviews, performance improvement plans, and quarterly reviews are taking place.
- Ensure that CEUs and signature policy sheets are being completed.
- Work with the team leaders to ensure policies and training is being implemented up to their standards.
- Uses program management and business reengineering expertise to build repeatable delivery processes and control mechanisms that enable PHD to profitably scale, without compromising service quality, company culture, or employee satisfaction.
- Instinctively identifies opportunities for organizational growth, maturation, and transformation.
- Takes ownership for establishing and communicating the vision, building consensus, and driving implementation.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in management, operations and leadership
- Experience overseeing drastic growth in companies (from $0-2M up to $5-15M/yr)
- Critical Thinker -- you can analyze systems at multiple levels of complexity, and balance the long-term goals of your company with its short-term needs.
- Self-starter -- you are comfortable working 100% remotely as well as traveling on-site, managing your schedule, your team, and meeting deadlines without direct supervision.

- Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills in English

- Understanding of general finance and budgeting including profit and loss, balance sheet and cash-flow management.

Key Responsibilities
- Works alongside the owner, to ensure business objectives.
- Manages daily business operations such as scheduling, staffing, location team and project management for all locations, including Nationwide.
- Manage staff levels, wages, hours, payroll review and any contract labor to revenues.
- Work closely with other team positions such as bookkeeping, IT, HR, and social media to improve tools and systems.
- Designs and implements new processes and strategies as needed.
- Lead, manages and holds team location leaders accountable.
- Creates and assists training on company policies to facilitate productivity and efficiency.
- Encourages employees to meet goals coinciding with the company’s vision.
- Analyzes company performance and looks for areas of improvement in process, workflow, employee requirements, and equipment layout and implementation of any changes.
- Conduct budget reviews and report cost plans to upper management when necessary.
- Ensures locations are running smoothly, team leaders are performing up to our standards.
- Maintains a safe and healthy work environment by establishing, following, and enforcing standards and procedures; complying with legal regulations.
- Develop and maintain both quantitative and qualitative business performance measures, including monthly reports.
- Utilize Individual employee performance management tools.
- Conducts 1-on-1s, coaching conversations, and any Hire/Fire procedures.
- Strategically plan & support teams during rapid expansion.
