We're looking for experienced Fabricators/Welders ASAP.

We're interested in candidates with 4+ years of experience who take pride in producing quality work and maintaining high workshop standards.

About the role:
  • Day Shift-Monday-Saturday, 6am-2.30pm.
  • Afternoon Shift-Monday-Saturday, 2.30pm-11pm.
  • Lower Hutt based and ample off street parking.
This is a hands on fabrication and welding role suited to someone who enjoys being on the tools, producing quality work and contributing to a productive workshop environment. All shifts are scheduled in advance, so you will always know your roster ahead of time.

About you
  • Can accurately read and interpret engineering drawings.
  • Strong fabrication, material preparation, layout, and co-ordination skills.
  • Attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
  • Can work independently and as part of a close knit team.
  • Excellent workshop housekeeping and safety practices.
  • Understanding of Quality Assurance and Health & Safety requirements.
  • Great attitude and willingness to contribute to process improvements.

Required
  • MUST pass a pre-employment drug test.
  • MOJ Checks.
  • Overalls, welding helmet, skull cap, welding jacket & PPE are advantageous.
  • Full rights to work in NZ.
