We’re looking for an experienced Office Administrator to join our small, close‑knit team. This is a hands‑on, varied role suited to someone who enjoys a busy environment, thrives on multitasking, and isn’t afraid to roll up their sleeves when needed.
About the Role
You’ll be the backbone of our office operations, providing day‑to‑day administrative support while working closely with our warehouse team. No two days are the same — from managing office systems to occasionally helping in the pick‑and‑pack area during peak periods.
Hours: Monday – Friday 7am – 12pm (Monday is 6:30am start), finish times may vary)

Key Responsibilities
- General office administration and support
- Data entry and document management using Excel, Word, and Outlook
- Invoicing, payments, and accounts support using Xero
- Emails, phone calls, and customer/supplier liaison
- Supporting warehouse and operations teams as required
- Assisting in the warehouse pick/pack area during high‑volume periods
- Has proven experience in office or administration roles
- Is confident using Excel, Word, and Outlook
- Has experience with Xero (or the ability to pick it up quickly)
- Enjoys variety and can adapt to changing priorities
- Is organised, proactive, and detail‑focused
- Is flexible with finish times when workloads require
- Is comfortable working closely with warehouse staff and helping when needed
- Enjoys being part of a small team where everyone pitches in
