This isn't a traditional Store Manager role. We're looking for someone who can do more than drive sales and manage day-to-day retail operations. You'll be a community ambassador, people leader and authentic role model, helping establish the brand within Auckland and create a store that is genuinely meaningful to the local community.
  
THE ROLE
As Store Manager, you will:
  • Lead, coach and develop the team, creating a strong, values-led culture
  • Be an authentic brand ambassador, role modelling its environmental philosophy and values
  • Build meaningful relationships with local sporting, outdoor and environmental communities
  • Develop community partnerships and organise events that bring people together
  • Drive commercial performance while delivering an exceptional customer experience and strong store operations
  • Represent the brand across Auckland, creating a store that is a meaningful part of the wider community
ABOUT YOU
We're looking for someone who brings:
  • Proven retail management or strong people leadership experience
  • A genuine passion for outdoor activities, sport and/or environmental causes
  • Strong coaching and team development skills
  • Natural confidence building authentic relationships and bringing people together
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Commercial awareness and an understanding of retail performance
  • A hands-on, collaborative and inclusive leadership style
  • The confidence to represent a globally recognised brand within the local community
  • A genuine connection to the values you represent — authenticity is key
