About the Role
As a Butcher, you’ll bring your technical expertise and passion for food to a premium retail environment. While strong butchery skills are essential, we’re also looking for someone who genuinely enjoys interacting with customers and sharing their knowledge.
You’ll be encouraged to step out from behind the counter, connect with customers and provide advice around different cuts, preparation and cooking methods.

- Strong butchery skills and experience – this is essential
- Previous experience within a butcher, deli, fresh food or premium retail environment
- A genuine passion for quality food and produce
- Confident and engaging customer service style
- Enjoys talking to customers and sharing cooking and preparation advice
- Hands-on, reliable and team focused
- High standards around quality, presentation and service
- $34–$37 per hour, depending on experience
- Tuesday–Saturday roster
