This is a rare opportunity to lead two brand-new stores for a premium Australian menswear retailer as it enters the Canberra market. As Assistant Manager, you’ll take full ownership of your business supporting the Store Managers. What You Need
- At least 1-2 years’ experience leading in a retail environment—menswear or fashion retail preferred
- A proven ability to inspire and coach a top-performing team
- Strong commercial instincts, with a track record of driving sales, executing visual merchandising, and improving store performance
- Confident, clear communicator who connects easily with customers, team members, and head office
- A sharp eye for menswear trends and a genuine passion for premium retail
- Comfortable navigating change and pace—you thrive in dynamic, evolving environments
- Availability to work weekends as part of a flexible full-time schedule
- $68k salary + super + fortnightly bonus structure
- Wardrobe allowance and generous 50% discount
- Autonomy to drive your business and pursue opportunities for growth and expansion in the local market
- Reporting to the Store Manager, so will have training and growth opportunities.
