As Senior Design Manager, you will lead the design process from pre construction through to project completion, managing consultant teams, driving design coordination, mitigating risk and ensuring projects are delivered to the highest architectural and commercial standards.

About you To be successful, you'll demonstrate:

• Proven Design Management experience with a recognised head contractor
• A track record delivering projects valued at $80M+
• Strong exposure to high end or luxury apartment developments, with mixed use or premium commercial experience also highly regarded
• Excellent stakeholder management skills across consultants, clients and delivery teams
• The ability to lead design coordination from concept through to completion while maintaining programme, quality and commercial outcomes
