Jayce Grayye Consulting is seeking a Sales & Marketing Manager for one of our clients! They help Doctors and Healthcare providers quit their 100 hour work weeks, eliminate burnout, and heal the world together by providing a coaching program that helps doctors start a 6 figure online course in under 12 months. The healthcare and education systems in today's world are fundamentally flawed and need fixing -- and our team is on a mission to help every healthcare provider heal more people, on their own terms, and experience the freedom they deserve.

Structure & Compensation
- Fully Remote & Full-Time
- Base pay $3000 to 6000 USD base per month (depends on experience) with the ability to quickly grow to to $100K/year with profit share (see “Business Manager Profit Sharing” program)
- Working Hours Are 11am to 6:45pm Pst During the Week

Business Manager - Profit Sharing Program
- The goal is to ramp you up as fast as possible and become the Business Manager for the organization. You will work 1-on-1 alongside the CEO, take everything off his plate, and learn every aspect of the business over time. Your mission is to free up the CEO to focus on innovation and working “in the future” so the team can stay ahead of the curve; ultimately serving as the right-hand lady or man
- On Target Earnings for this position is above $100,000 USD + Profit Share
This Role Will Entail Overseeing The Key Components: Sales & Marketing as well as a small percentage of time dedicated to Operations
Sales Management
- Enrolling prospects into the program (Sales calls)
- Helping the Sales Team With Sales, Tracking & General Management
- Ensuring team success via managing the team KPIs and
- financial health
- Ensuring student success via email, community support,
- and Zoom calls
- Help Grow a team to $12M+ in annual revenue over the next 24 months
Marketing
- Building Systems for Lead Generation (Booking Appointments
- on the CRM, Kajabi, Facebook Group, Linkedin & Delegating to Appointment Setters)
- Content (Copywriting, Video-editing, Graphics & Eventually
- Running Youtube Ads)
General Ops
- Own responsibility for operations, legal, tech, HR and finances
- Weekly Leadership & Management Calls
- Work with leadership to set and complete projects
Initial Onboarding
When First Onboarded; 5 hours of the day will be spent doing sales (enrolling new students into the program). This involves taking inbound calls consulting with Doctors. The other portion of the day will be spent helping out with marketing (outlined above). This is necessary to get involved in sales in the beginning to fully understand the service and sales process so you can transition into the Business Manager role and effectively help the team grow.

Requirements
- Experience in Digital Marketing and Online Businesses (e.g. FB or YouTube Ads, Ecommerce, Online Course/Coaching) preferred but knowledge in this space is acceptable as well.
- Experience in High-Ticket Sales, Marketing, and Leadership. The Company Will Provide Full Training on any Areas Lacking Experience.
- Tech-savvy, hungry/coachable
- Preference an individual that has assisted with growing a business to $300,000k + per month
- You are comfortable thriving in a fast-paced startup environment, wearing multiple hats, and working with leadership to set and achieve project-based goals
- Attention-to-detail, excellent communication and organization skills
- Creative solutions-driven mindset, with a “get things done” attitude
- Data-driven and analytical decision-making
