Our client is a well-established luxury retail group with a strong brand presence and reputation in the market. They are currently seeking an FP&A Manager to join their team, focusing on both financial analysis and business partnering responsibilities.
Duties:
Prepare annual budgets, monthly forecasts, and regular KPI reports.
Analyse financial performance metrics to identify key trends and variances.
Provide actionable insights to support business performance and strategic decision‑making.
Partner with the FP&A team to enhance understanding of financial policies and ensure compliance.
Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to gather insights and data for effective financial planning.
Prepare and present financial reports and dashboards to senior management, highlighting KPIs and recommendations.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related discipline; CPA qualified.
At least 5 years of finance experience with a strong focus on FP&A (less experienced candidates may be considered for Assistant Manager).
Retail industry experience preferred, ideally within sizeable or multinational organisations.
Strong analytical capability with solid financial modelling and forecasting skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage multiple stakeholders.
Proficient in ERP systems such as Oracle or SAP; advanced Excel skills required.
Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese.
