Required Skills:
- Proven experience in process improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills
- Ability to develop and deliver training on process enhancements
- Demonstrated experience with data analysis and reporting tools
- Sound understanding of government or public sector operations
- Certification in process improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean Six Sigma Green/Black Belt)
- Knowledge of project management principles
- Experience with workflow automation tools
- Familiarity with policy development and implementation
- Strong facilitation and change management skills
