SMAART is excited to partner with a leading Australian education and tutoring company, seeking driven Customer Service and Sales Representatives to join their growing team. In this role, you’ll support students and families through their tutoring journey while maximising sales opportunities through engaging, consultative conversations with warm leads.

What’s in it for you?
- Full-time, permanent position
- $70,000 - $80,000 + super + commission ($10,000 - $15,000 per year)
- Melbourne CBD location, just one minute from Flinders Street Station
- Monday to Sunday rotating roster

Key Responsibilities
- Handle warm inbound and outbound calls, emails and texts with students and parents, understanding their needs and recommending suitable programs – NO COLD CALLING
- Follow up with warm leads and families who have completed or registered for a free trial
- Build and manage a busy sales pipeline, ensuring timely follow-ups and converting suitable leads into new enrolments
- Build strong relationships through genuine, consultative conversations and address customer concerns
- Maintain accurate CRM records and call notes while managing individual activity, conversion and revenue KPIs
- You must have or be willing to purchase your own laptop
- Retail, hospitality, call centre, sales or customer service experience
- Genuine interest in helping customers
- Strong communication and rapport-building skills
- Solutions-focused with confidence handling concerns
- Motivated by individual and team targets
- Organised and able to manage a busy pipeline
- Confident with CRM systems and technology
- Positive, collaborative team player
- Full Australian working rights (no student or working holiday visas)
