Apply direct- 2+ years of experience working in commercial construction, preferably with a General Contractor.
- Previous experience as an Assistant Project Manager, Project Engineer, Project Coordinator, or similar construction role.
- Strong understanding of commercial construction processes from preconstruction through project closeout.
- Experience with RFIs, submittals, change orders, contracts, pay applications, and project documentation.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and construction management software such as Procore is preferred.
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Business, or a related field is preferred but not required.
