The Role & Opportunity
You will work directly with leading litigation partners and will have the opportunity to support senior members of the Bar. Through this hands-on learning environment, you will gain rapid, practical experience drafting pleadings, attending mediations, and preparing for court.

We are open to a range of experience levels. You might be a 2-year solicitor looking to fast-track your development, or a more senior 6-year solicitor bringing solid experience to a high-performing team. Whatever your level, you will enjoy a flat firm structure with top-tier work, minus the usual big-firm rigidity.

What we’re looking for:

• 2 to 6 years of Post-Qualification Experience (PQE) in litigation.
• A current New Zealand practising certificate paired with a strong academic record.
• Commercial acumen and the ability to think both strategically and practically to find client solutions.
• An enthusiastic and proactive approach, with a genuine eagerness to grow your career within a leading litigation practice.
• A strong commitment to client service and the confidence to build enduring, value-driven relationships
