Civil & Commercial Litigation Lawyer | 5 Years' PQE

Are you a Civil or Commercial Litigation Lawyer ready for your next challenge? What You’ll Be Doing

• Managing a broad range of civil and commercial disputes, including insolvency, restructuring, commercial leases, land and building disputes, and construction contracts
• Preparing and appearing in court as required
• Providing strategic, practical advice to clients with complex legal problems
• Working closely with colleagues to deliver high-quality solutions efficiently

About you:
You’ll bring around 5 years’ PQE in civil and/or commercial litigation, along with strong technical ability and a careful eye for detail. You’re confident appearing in court and enjoy advocating for clients, while also providing practical, commercially sensible advice when disputes arise. You communicate clearly, build strong relationships with clients and colleagues, and take pride in delivering excellent service. Just as importantly, you’re comfortable managing your own files and working independently, while still being a collaborative and supportive member of the wider team.
