Civil or Commercial Litigation Lawyer
This litigation team blends years of experience with some fresh, forward-thinking energy. You'll get exposure to a genuinely varied caseload, acting for everyone from private individuals to international corporates. You'll be working closely with a senior associate who will encourage the team to keep evolving. If you're after real case variety and a team that invests in your development, this is worth a look.

What You Will Be Doing

• Managing a broad range of civil and commercial disputes, including insolvency, restructuring, commercial leases, land and building disputes, and construction contracts
• Preparing and appearing in court as required (with support and guidance available for those building their experience)
• Providing strategic, practical advice to clients, whether that's taking instructions and advising directly, or preparing well-researched drafts for senior review
• For more senior lawyers: running matters independently, taking client instructions, and delivering client-ready work with minimal need for revision
• For more junior lawyers: preparing a first draft, and refining it through senior feedback, with the initiative to ask questions and seek out learning opportunities along the way
• Working closely with colleagues at all levels to deliver high-quality, efficient outcomes for clients

About You
You'll bring somewhere between 2 and 5+ years' PQE in civil and/or commercial litigation, along with strong technical ability and a careful eye for detail. Confident communication and solid client relationships matter at every level.
