Job duties ● Respect and follow IProM
● Manage the industrial schedule, resources and budget to achieve the project goals in line with CLEAN
● Be responsible for manufacturing and assembly of the product
● Manage the team on industrial aspects (tooling, buyers, logistics, etc., other PTMs and contributors)
● Alert management if standards are not met
● Represent the industrial organization of the project in internal or external (customer, supplier) meetings
● Define the process with the project team to achieve performance and cost targets
● Respect and ensure compliance with safety and VPS rules and guidelines during process development
● Work well with the product development team and engineering at the same time
● Manage process development documentation
● As part of IProM's "Continuous Production" activity, carry out pre-continuous production testing to perfect the customer's production start-up after full-day operation with gradually increasing volumes, participate in the evaluation of the safety start-up checklist by the P1 Project Manager and in the creation and implementation of related action plans
● If requested to attend IVC for project review, introduce the industrial aspects of the industrial project in the review at IVC and escalate issues if necessary
● ● Ensure respect of appropriate control activities for customer satisfaction
● All quality standards to ensure customer, product and service conformity (P-FMEA, control plans, SPPC list...)
● All standards regarding environmental, health and safety risk prevention, in line with HSE (Health, Safety and Environment) system
● Manage the appropriate sections of the site's Safety, Quality and Environment Policy● Respect and ensure respect of IProM
● Manage the industrial schedule, resources and budget to reach the project Target, in line with CLEAN.
● Responsible for the manufacturing and assembly of the product
● Manage team regarding industrial aspects (other PTM & Contributors, such as: Tooling, Buyer, Logistics …)
● Alert the managers when standards are not met
● Represent the industrial organisation of the project in internal or external (customers, suppliers) meetings.
● Define with the project team the process, in order to meet performance and cost targets.
● Respect and ensure respect of safety and VPS rules and guidelines during the process development.
● Ensure adequate interaction with the product development team to perform simultaneous engineering.
● Manage the process development documentation.
● Organize pre-serial trials as part of 'Serial production' activity of IProM, of progressively increased volumes, to achieve flawless Customer Start Of Production, after Full Day Production Run; Participate to the Safe Start Checklist evaluation by the P1 Project Manager and the preparation and implementation of the related Action Plan.
● Upon requested attendance in IVC for review of a project he/she is in charge regarding the industrial tasks, introduce the industrial aspects of an industrial project in the IVC review and escalate issues if necessary.
● Ensure respect of Properly manage activities for Customer satisfaction.
● All Quality standards to guarantee our customers, products and services conformity (P-FMEA, Control plan, SPPC list…).
● All standards in terms of environment, health and safety risks prevention compliant with the HSE (Health, Safety, Environment) system.
● Manage applicable sections of the Safety, Quality and Environment Policy of the site.
Requirements
Qualifications [Required]
・Japanese: N3 or above
・English: business level
・Experience in schedule management (clear priorities)
・Experience in quality control (3 years or more) *Experience in risk hedging by making full use of FMEA is preferred
