Salesforce Consultant

About the Role:

As a Salesforce Project Manager/Consultant, you'll oversee end-to-end project management for system implementations. From initial business analysis and pre-sales activities to system design and execution, you will play a pivotal role in enabling clients to achieve their strategic goals. You’ll work in a hybrid team environment, collaborating with both local (Japan) and global counterparts in India and the Philippines.

Responsibilities:

• Analyze business needs and define system requirements for Salesforce solutions.
• Manage Salesforce implementation projects using waterfall or agile methodologies.
• Collaborate with global teams to deliver hybrid system projects.
• Develop technical architecture for Salesforce mission-critical systems.
• Build strong partnerships with Salesforce and other stakeholders.

Requirements:

• Over 5 years of experience in Salesforce development, implementation, or maintenance.
• Proven experience as a project manager or leader.
• Proficiency in Japanese and English at a business level or higher.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Salesforce certifications.
• Experience in consulting firms or implementing packaged solutions like ERP/CRM/SFA/MA.
• Enterprise sales experience.
• Familiarity with IT frameworks (ITIL/PMBOK).
• Knowledge of generative AI and its applications.
