About the role
As the Manhattan WMS Consultant, you'll be responsible for supporting, configuring and enhancing a mission-critical warehouse management platform used across complex distribution operations.
You'll work closely with business stakeholders, operational teams, vendors and technical specialists to ensure the platform remains reliable, scalable and aligned with evolving business needs. Alongside BAU support, you'll contribute to system improvements, releases and ongoing optimisation initiatives.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Configure, support and enhance Manhattan WMS solutions.
- Investigate and resolve incidents, problems and service requests.
- Support batch processing, system health monitoring and user access management.
- Work with business stakeholders to understand requirements and implement system improvements.
- Participate in testing, release management and production deployments.
- Develop and maintain SOPs, operational documentation and knowledge articles.
You'll be an experienced Manhattan WMS professional who enjoys solving complex technical challenges while partnering closely with operational stakeholders. You'll bring:
- Experience supporting and configuring Manhattan WMS.
- Experience with WMS configuration, integration and troubleshooting.
- Knowledge of incident, problem and change management within an enterprise support environment.
- Experience supporting batch processing, system monitoring and user administration.
- Strong SQL skills and exposure to Oracle databases.
- Excellent analytical, documentation and stakeholder engagement skills.
