Account Manager / Senior Account Manager - Consumer PR

Love the pace of agency life? Thrive juggling multiple clients, spotting media opportunities, and delivering exceptional PR? We're looking for an experienced Account Manager or Senior Account Manager to join a busy Auckland consumer PR agency.

The Role

You'll own day-to-day client relationships, lead integrated PR campaigns, and deliver outstanding results across a portfolio of well-known consumer brands. This is a hands-on role where no two days are the same, so you'll need to be organised, proactive, and thrive in a fast-paced agency environment.

What You'll Be Doing

• Managing multiple client accounts and building trusted relationships
• Developing and delivering strategic PR campaigns
• Writing media releases, pitches and other compelling content
• Pitching stories and building strong media relationships
• Identifying reactive and proactive media opportunities
• Managing campaign delivery, reporting and deadlines
• Mentoring junior team members (Senior Account Manager)

About You

• Agency PR experience is essential
• Proven experience managing multiple client accounts in a fast-paced environment
• Outstanding writing and communication skills
• Strong media contacts and pitching ability
• Highly organised with exceptional time management
• Able to think strategically while delivering at pace
• Passionate about consumer brands and storytelling
