【Purpose】
As a professional CES manager, the person of this position will support several Business Units in Interior Division mainly with project management, business development, and acquisition. 

【Main tasks】
• Responsibility for multi project management (including resource planning, staffing and reporting) under the aspects of commercial and technical success.
• Coordination and processing of work packages in the context of an international project team at worldwide locations.
• Responsibility for analyzing customer requirements and preparation of technical offers.
• State-of-the-art development under the aspects of international automotive processes
• Business Development with focus on engineering services and low volume components
• Acquisition support in cooperation with sales department including direct customer contacts
• Build up an expert team for software and electronics development in the area of Interior (potential)
• Technical and disciplinary leadership of the team (potential)
• Cost center responsibility, evaluation of development costs and monitoring budgets (potential)

Requirements

• Master/Bachelor in E/E or Automotive Engineering.
• Several years of professional experience in one of the following areas:
software development, electronics development or mechanical design
(preferably in the field of Interior Applications).
• High quality and customer orientation
• Automotive project management experience.
• Disciplinary and / or functional leadership experience desirable
• Excellent communication and team leading skills
• Analytical skills and structured approach.
• Very good English proficiency
