Interim Deputy Manager – Learning Disabilities Maryport, Cumbria £250–£300 per day Immediate Start New Way Recruitment is recruiting an experienced Interim Deputy Manager for a small, well-established Learning Disabilities care home in Maryport, Cumbria. This is an excellent opportunity for a hands-on Deputy Manager who can provide strong leadership, support the Registered Manager, and help ensure the home continues to deliver high-quality, person-centred care. The Role Support the day-to-day running of a small Learning Disabilities service. Lead and motivate the staff team. Maintain high standards of care and CQC compliance. Support with audits, care planning, and quality assurance. Provide operational support to the Registered Manager. About You Previous experience as a Deputy Manager within a Learning Disabilities service. Strong knowledge of CQC standards and regulatory requirements. Confident leading teams and supporting operational performance. Available to start immediately or at short notice. What's on Offer £250–£300 per day (depending on experience). Immediate start.
