- Developing and delivering marketing campaigns and strategies.
- Managing the marketing budget and measuring campaign performance
- Managing external agencies, suppliers and marketing partners.
- Supporting broader business marketing initiative
- Working with sales teams to track leads, enquiries and conversions
- Managing brand, digital, website and social media activity
- Coordinating display home marketing, events and promotional activity
- Leading and supporting a Social Media & Marketing Assistant
- Experience in residential construction, property or a related industry will be highly regarded
- Proven marketing and brand management experience
- Experience developing and delivering successful campaigns
- An understanding of lead generation and sales conversion
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- A proactive, organised and hands-on approach
- Relevant tertiary qualifications in Marketing, Commerce or a related discipline
- Established and growing WA business
