What you'll be doing

What you'll be doing
- Managing residential and commercial property transactions end to end
- Drafting and negotiating property-related agreements and documentation
- Advising on trusts, estate planning, and administration
- Drafting wills, enduring powers of attorney, and related estate documents
- Liaising with clients and professional advisers to ensure smooth outcomes
- Around 4+ years' experience in property and private client law
- Strong experience across residential and commercial property transactions
- Working knowledge of the Trusts Act 2019
- Client-focused, practical, and commercially minded
- Strong drafting skills and clear communication style
- Interested in building long-term client relationships and developing your practice
