AI Product Manager

You will define the end-to-end vision and roadmap for enterprise AI products, aligning cutting-edge technology with strategic banking and customer needs. Acting as a cross-functional orchestrator, you will bridge the gap between technical teams and business leaders to drive rapid prototyping and scale high-impact AI solutions. This role empowers you to navigate dynamic financial environments, manage product delivery, and transform innovative models into large-scale deployments.

Responsibilities

• Define the end-to-end vision and roadmap for AI products aligned with strategic bank objectives.
• Orchestrate cross-functional collaboration between technical engineering teams and non-technical business stakeholders.
• Develop Product Requirements Documents (PRDs) and drive rapid prototype/PoC initiatives.
• Establish and track KPIs to evaluate and scale successful AI prototypes into enterprise deployments.
• Deliver high-quality data analytics solutions tailored to dynamic business environments and emerging priorities.
• Ensure strict adherence to internal policies, procedures, and required risk controls across all project activities.

Requirement

• University degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related technical discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in product management, data analytics, or technical roles within financial services or data-intensive environments.
• Understanding of AI model architectures, Natural Language Processing (NLP), Large Language Models (LLMs), and RAG frameworks.
• In-depth knowledge of machine learning techniques, advanced algorithms, and vector databases.
• Familiarity with project collaboration software like Jira and Confluence alongside prototyping tools like Figma.
• Exceptional stakeholder management, business storytelling, and a strong ownership mindset under ambiguous conditions.
