We’re looking for a BDM with 1-3 year’s experience in full 360 SaaS sales to join the team.
The business operates in the safety/compliance space, so if candidates are already working in that space, great. If not, we’re also looking at candidates that have come from selling in other highly specialised/niche sectors that are able to come in and hit the ground running.
You will -
· Full 360 sales owning pipeline development through outbound activities, discovery, demo and closing.
· Maintain accurate sales data, pipeline forecasting and deal statuses using a variety of tools (e.g. Hubspot).
· Provide insights and feedback into the value proposition and commercial positioning of the product.
· Represent the business at conferences, tradeshows and industry events to cement our placement in the UK market as a trusted brand.
Experience required -
· 1 - 3+ years of hands-on experience in a sales position with proven ability to achieve your quarterly goals.
· Self-motivated with the ability to work independently or at a distance from your team.
· Proficient and demonstrable experience in prospecting, identifying target customers, evaluating buyer interest, recognising decision-making processes, qualifying, creating value-based demonstrations, selling complex solutions, writing proposals, objection handling and negotiating.
· Strong interpersonal skills and a highly collaborative work style.
· Tech-savvy. Ability to learn and understand nuances of new software.
· Agile, ambitious, and motivated to be the best at everything you do.
