Confidential Store Director, Madison Avenue

Our client, a luxury jewelry brand, is hiring a Boutique Manager to lead their retail team in New York City. This is a full-time permanent position starting as soon as possible. Candidates must be able to work a retail schedule including weekends and holidays.

Job Duties Include:

• Lead, coach, and inspire a high-performing boutique team, fostering a culture of accountability, exceptional client service, and luxury selling excellence while developing future leaders.
• Drive sales performance across fine and high jewelry collections by cultivating UHNW clientele, executing strategic clienteling initiatives, and maximizing boutique profitability.
• Maintain the highest luxury retail standards by ensuring flawless visual presentation, operational excellence, inventory integrity, and an elevated client experience that reflects the Maison's prestige.
• Serve as a trusted business partner to senior leadership, leveraging market insights, competitive intelligence, and local networking opportunities to grow the boutique's presence and long-term business.

Job Qualifications Include:

• Serve as a trusted business partner to senior leadership, leveraging market insights, competitive intelligence, and local networking opportunities to grow the boutique's presence and long-term business.
• If retail: Ability to lift up to 50lbs (unless otherwise noted by client) and the ability to stand for duration of shift)

Salary: $145-$155K + Individual Bonus + Store Bonus
