職務内容

*　イータス製品特に計測・適合・診断に特化した実践的な知識の取得・維持に努める。
*　顧客が抱える問題解決のために最適化したソリューションを提供するため、顧客のアプリケーションの知識の取得、維持に努める。
*　技術の評価・ベンチマーキング・地域の製品のレポートを行い、今後の商品企画に反映する。
*　顧客に対する、評価プロジェクトの実行・収集、テクニカルマーケティングとしての活動の作成・実行並びに新製品のデモンストレーションのセットアップを含めた製品投入のための活動。
*　顧客との戦略的プロジェクトに参加する。
*　技術支援、トラブルシューティング、コーチング、およびトレーニングを通してポストセールスサイクルをサポート。
*　顧客からのコンタクト（電話やカスタマーサポート）の最初の窓口となり、受けたコールやサポート依頼など、クローズとなるまで責任を持つ。
*　ローカルのセールスチームや国内外の関係者との連携をを緊密にし、セールスチャネルの開発を行う。

· Acquire and maintain a hands-on knowledge of the complete ETAS product line with a focus on measurement and calibration tools.
· Acquire and maintain a working knowledge of the customer applications and use cases. Utilize this understanding for enhancing the customer’s efficiency and for providing optimized solutions to customer issues.
· Perform technology evaluation and benchmarking and report regional product requirements then initiate future solution which fits to Japanese market.
· Participate in product launch activities including setup of demonstrators for new products, creation and execution of technical marketing activities, and execution of evaluation projects at customers
· Participate in strategic customer projects
· Support the post-sales cycle through technical assistance, trouble shooting, coaching, and training.
· Act as the first contact for all customer support calls / contacts. Track customer calls and ensure a timely closure of these calls.
· Work with local sales organization to ensure a coordinated and cumulative development of sales channels

応募資格

*　技術系の学位保持者。自動車業界関連もしくは（エンジニア/テクニカルマーケティングとしての）組み込みシステムにおける最低5年の実務経験。
*　自動車の制御装置、計測に関する豊かな実務経験があること。パワートレイン系であると望ましい。
*　車載ソフトウェアの開発とユースケースノウハウ
*　制御工学とシステム・ダイナミクス、および優れたプログラミングスキルに理解があること。
*　セルフスターターで優れた企業家精神や高い責任感をお持ちの方。
*　顧客、多文化で構成される社内チームに対し、優れた対人関係構築ができる方。
*　プレゼンテーションスキル、優れた英語力、継続して行う自己研鑽などのスキルをお持ちの方。
*　国内外の顧客訪問のための出張に抵抗のない方。

· Engineering degree and at least 5 years of working experience in engineering of embedded systems or automotive electronics
· Substantial working experience in calibration of automotive control units, preferably powertrain. Experience with model-based calibration prefered.
· Automotive software development and use-case know-how
· Understanding of control engineering, system dynamics, and good programming skills
· Distinct sense of responsibility, quality, entrepreneurial mindset, and high degree of assertiveness
· Excellent interpersonal & intercultural skills are required for customer interaction and internal cross-functional teamwork
· Good presentation skills, conduct of English, and strong desire for continuous self-improvement
· High willingness for traveling to customers in Japan and occasional international business trips
