We are working with a leading organisation to bring in a driven Graduate Dynamics CRM Engineer to join their Engineering team in Melbourne.
 
**The role**  
Full time, permanent  
Melbourne, hybrid working
Salary on offer: $70K–$80K incl. super, with flexibility for the right candidate
 
**About the opportunity**  
You will join a core CRM Engineering team and go through structured development to build your skills across Microsoft Dynamics 365. The focus will be on supporting, configuring, and coding within the D365 environment, while working closely with developers, data teams, and platform partners to deliver reliable solutions.
 
**What you will be doing**

• Support platform design and deployment, helping configure and roll out Dynamics 365 modules aligned to business needs  
• Build and run test cases across different modules to maintain quality and ensure smooth releases  
• Track and manage defects using tools such as Azure DevOps, Jira, and Confluence  
• Work closely with developers, BAs, and technical teams to turn requirements into practical solutions  
• Develop your skills in automation tools like Selenium or EasyRepro to support deployments and enhancements

 
**What we are looking for**

• A recent Bachelor degree in Computer Science, IT, Business Systems, or a related field  
• Strong coding fundamentals, with exposure to object oriented programming, C# .NET is a bonus  
• Good analytical thinking and attention to detail  
• Clear communication skills, able to work with both technical and non technical stakeholders  
• Willingness to complete a Police Check and Working with Children Check
