You will plan and run real activations, from beachside events with DJs to F1 hospitality in Melbourne, backed by a business that funds these partnerships properly rather than making you fight for budget. What You'll Be Doing

  • Owning relationships with major sponsorship and event partners from planning through to delivery
  • Running activations end to end, covering logistics, vendors, budgets and on the day execution
  • Managing relationships with agencies, vendors and internal teams across the business
  • Coordinating with in-house digital and PR teams to amplify activations across social, EDM and press
  • Maintaining brand consistency across all partner activity

What You'll Bring

  • Around 5 years' experience in events, activations, sponsorship or partnership marketing
  • A background from any industry is welcome, though experience in a service based business is an advantage
  • Strong organisational skills and genuine attention to detail
  • Confidence managing multiple stakeholders and vendors at once
  • A Bachelor's degree in Business or Marketing
  • Willingness to travel occasionally for events (e.g. interstate for major activations)
