🎯 About the Role
 
Based in Alexandria, you’ll qualify inbound leads, build your pipeline and maximise sales opportunities. We’re looking for a confident, motivated salesperson who can quickly build rapport and deliver a great customer experience. Working closely with the Senior Sales Team, you’ll play a key role in qualifying inbound leads and driving new business.
 

🚀 About You
 
  • 6 – 12 months’ phone-based sales experience
  • Confident phone manner with strong rapport-building skills.
  • Strong communication, listening and negotiation skills.
  • Comfortable making high-volume calls and hitting targets.
  • Organised, process-driven and strong on follow-up.
  • Resilient, motivated and results-driven.
 
🔧 Your role:
 
  • Respond quickly to inbound leads and maximise conversions.
  • Qualify leads and identify genuine sales opportunities.
  • Make outbound calls to prospects and sellers.
  • Run discovery calls to understand customer needs.
  • Build strong rapport through confident phone conversations.
  • Follow up consistently and drive opportunities to close.
  • Keep CRM records accurate and up to date.
  • Hit activity, conversion and revenue KPIs.
  • Work with the wider sales team on high-value opportunities.
