Production Associate

Job Summary

The Production Associate is responsible for supporting manufacturing operations by assembling, inspecting, and packaging products in a fast-paced production environment. This role ensures adherence to quality standards, safety regulations, and production timelines.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate machinery and production equipment safely and efficiently

• Assemble components and parts according to specifications and work instructions

• Perform quality inspections to ensure products meet company and industry standards

• Maintain a clean and organized work area in compliance with safety guidelines

• Follow all standard operating procedures (SOPs) and regulatory requirements

• Report equipment malfunctions, defects, or safety concerns to supervisors

• Assist with packaging, labeling, and preparing products for shipment

• Meet daily production quotas and deadlines

• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to improve workflow and efficiency

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred

• Previous manufacturing or production experience is a plus

• Ability to follow detailed instructions and read technical documents

• Strong attention to detail and quality control

• Basic mechanical aptitude

• Ability to work in a team-oriented environment

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand for extended periods

• Lift and move materials up to 25–50 lbs

• Perform repetitive tasks with hands and arms

• Ability to work in a manufacturing environment with noise and machinery

Work Environment

• Manufacturing/production facility setting

• Exposure to machinery, tools, and moderate noise levels

• Required use of personal protective equipment (PPE)
