Hours: Mon – Fri 8:30-5:30pm & Saturday 10am-2pm
Salary: €32k - €33k
On behalf of our client, we are looking for a motivated Junior Car Sales Executive to join their team in Tralee, Co. Kerry. This entry-level role is ideal for someone eager to build a career in sales while providing excellent customer service and learning from experienced colleagues.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist customers, identifying their needs and recommending suitable vehicles.
- Support test drives and help with negotiations under senior guidance.
- Prepare sales paperwork and update CRM systems accurately.
- Maintain showroom presentation and product knowledge.
- Conduct follow-up calls and assist with vehicle handovers.
Requirements:
- Previous Sales, Retail or Customer-facing experience.
- Interest in cars and the automotive industry.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Basic IT skills: CRM experience a bonus.
- Full Irish driving licence.
