About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity for a results-driven and technically skilled professional to join the team as a Sales Executive. The role is focused on developing new business opportunities while managing and expanding existing accounts across Victoria. This position is ideal for someone with a background in polymers or chemical solutions who thrives in a technically consultative and customer-facing sales environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and grow sales across defined industrial sectors in Victoria
  • Manage existing accounts and identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling
  • Engage with customers to understand technical requirements and provide tailored solutions
  • Prepare and deliver product presentations, proposals, and technical documentation
  • Collaborate with internal technical and customer support teams
  • Maintain accurate sales reporting and pipeline forecasting
  • Meet or exceed revenue targets and KPIs

Requirements:

  • Degree in Chemical Engineering is a plus or strong background in polymers/chemistry
  • 2–8 years' experience in a technical sales or similar industrial role
  • Proven success in managing B2B sales, with a focus on solution-based selling
  • Strong technical aptitude with excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Self-motivated, commercially driven, and customer-focused
  • Valid driver's licence and willingness to travel as needed
