Service Operations Manager

About the Role

You’ll be responsible for leading and coordinating service operations, ensuring the team is performing efficiently while delivering a high level of customer service.

This is a people and operations-focused role, suited to someone who enjoys managing teams, improving processes, and driving accountability — rather than being hands-on technical.



Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of service technicians across multiple locations
• Oversee daily service operations, scheduling, and workflow coordination
• Drive team performance, accountability, and engagement
• Ensure strong customer service delivery and timely job completion
• Monitor operational metrics, reporting, and service outcomes
• Support continuous improvement across systems and processes
• Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery

What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience in operations, service, or workshop management
• Strong people leadership experience (ideally managing field or service teams)
• Highly organised, proactive, and commercially aware
• Ability to balance team management, customer needs, and operational priorities
• Background in an industrial or service-based environment (preferred)

Nice to Have

• Experience within industrial equipment, maintenance, or service environments
• Exposure to managing mobile or field-based teams
