What you'll be doing
- Set up, operate and pack down audio, lighting and production equipment
- Support live event production and technical operations
- Transport, load and handle equipment safely, including regular manual work
- Troubleshoot technical issues on-site and keep events moving
- Work closely with clients, performers and production crews
- Travel across Tasmania to support events and projects
- Maintain high standards of safety, presentation and professionalism
More than 3 years' hands-on experience in live entertainment, events, theatre, AV or event production
- Hands-on audio, AV, staging or production equipment experience
- Clear communication skills and confidence working with diverse stakeholders
- The ability to work independently, prioritise tasks and solve problems
- Reliability, flexibility and a willingness to travel statewide
- A current manual driver's licence
- HR or MR truck licence will be highly regarded
- Full working rights in Australia and be based in Tasmania, or willing to relocate
- Ability to obtain a National Police Check and Working with Vulnerable People Card
