Senior Structural Engineer

The Role

• Lead structural design across brownfield and sustaining capital projects
• Take ownership of delivery while mentoring and guiding a small team
• Work closely with owners and decision-makers, influencing project outcomes
• Play a key role in growing the team and capability within a scaling consultancy
• Gain broad exposure across mining and mineral processing projects with long-term continuity

About You

• 10+ years structural design experience within a consultancy environment
• Strong background in mining / mineral processing projects
• Experience delivering brownfield or sustaining capital works
• Exposure to small–mid-tier consultancies or EPC/EPCM environments
• Proven ability to lead or mentor engineers
• Site experience (inspection / site visits) highly regarded
• Tertiary Engineering Qualification
