About the Position

An opportunity has become available for an enthusiastic English Teacher to join the school on a full-time six-month contract commencing in Term 3, 2026. This role will primarily involve teaching English across Years 7–10, with the flexibility to teach additional subjects including Humanities and Social Sciences (HASS), Drama and Media where required. The successful applicant will be a collaborative educator who is passionate about engaging students across a range of learning areas.

Skills and Responsibilities

  • Teach English across Years 7–10.
  • Deliver HASS, Drama and Media classes as required.
  • Create engaging, differentiated lessons that cater to a range of learning needs.
  • Foster a positive, inclusive and supportive classroom environment.
  • Assess student progress and provide timely, constructive feedback.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to enhance teaching and learning outcomes.
