Marketing & Campaign Manager

The Company
Our client is a respected organisation supporting an important sector within Australia's agricultural and food production industry. Working closely with industry, they identify priorities, invest in initiatives that strengthen capability and support the sector's long-term success.
  
As part of this, they are seeking an experienced Marketing & Campaign Manager to develop, shape and deliver a national public awareness campaign.
  
The Position
This is an opportunity to help shape how people understand the industry through authentic and engaging storytelling. You'll identify opportunities, develop campaign ideas, create compelling content, engage stakeholders and deliver the campaign across multiple channels.
  
A true end-to-end marketing and campaign development role. You will assess what is needed, shape the campaign direction, develop the strategy and campaign approach, and take responsibility for planning, delivery and evaluation and ultimately shape, develop and deliver a public awareness campaign
  
You will be equally comfortable deciding what the campaign needs to achieve, identifying the right opportunities and audiences, developing campaign ideas, creating compelling content and driving the work from concept through to evaluation.
  
As an experienced marketing and campaign professional you thrive on taking campaigns from strategy through to delivery.
  
We are looking for a hands-on marketer to shape, develop and deliver a public awareness campaign that builds understanding of an important industry within Australia's agricultural and food production sector.
  
The Person
To be successful you will need to be an experienced marketing and campaign professional who thrives on taking campaigns from strategy through to delivery and be happy to work in a true end-to-end marketing and campaign development role.
  
With a natural high energy to work in a team while being autonomous, you will be able to immerse yourself and be a vital part of this industry.
  
You will need:

• Demonstrated experience developing and delivering successful marketing campaigns
• Experience developing marketing and campaign strategies and translating them into practical action
• Strong end-to-end campaign management skills, from planning and implementation through to evaluation
• Excellent storytelling, content creation and digital marketing skills and creating engaging content across digital and social media channels, including filming, editing and publishing short-form video
• The ability to identify opportunities and generate creative campaign ideas
• Confidence working with a diverse range of stakeholders and campaign participants
• Strong organisational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
• The ability to work autonomously, use sound judgement and take responsibility for delivering high-quality outcomes
• Willingness to travel nationally to engage with stakeholders and capture stories.
• A genuine interest in Australia's agriculture
