With a strong manufacturing and operational footprint, the business supplies a range of food and agricultural products to domestic and international customers and continues to invest in consistent systems, operational improvement and best-practice standards across its sites.
The Position:
In this role, we are seeking an experienced Health, Safety & Environment Manager to lead and coordinate the HSE function across multiple sites. This is a hands-on position, with the person responsible for developing consistent systems, policies and standards, monitoring legislative compliance, supporting operational leaders and driving continuous improvement across the Group.
You will provide specialist advice, coaching and oversight across the business, working closely with Site Managers, General Managers, HR and operational teams. Key areas of focus will include HSE management systems, incident investigation, audit coordination, contractor management, environmental compliance, return to work governance and the continued improvement of the Group Safety Management System.

Due to the site locations, this role will require regular travel across the sites in Victoria and New South Wales, with a minimum travel expectation of a week per month on the road.

- Exposure to contractor management, return to work programs and safety committee governance
- Strong communication, stakeholder management and problem-solving capability
- Commercially minded approach, balancing compliance requirements with practical operational outcomes
