With a strong track record in delivering mission-critical projects, they are seeking an experienced PMO leader to drive governance, project oversight, and executive stakeholder management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead project governance and PMO functions across complex transformation programmes.
  • Partner closely with senior leadership to drive strategic priorities, project execution, and operational excellence.
  • Oversee project reporting, risk management, issue escalation, and executive-level communications.
  • Ensure effective governance of project change requests, quotations, approvals, and implementation processes.
  • Coordinate with internal teams, external vendors, and government stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Drive consistency, transparency, and best practices across project management activities.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or above in Business, Management, Project Management, or a related discipline.
  • 10+ years of experience in PMO, project governance, programme management, or business operations leadership.
  • Proven experience supporting large-scale public sector or governmental projects.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to engage senior executives and external partners.
  • Excellent project governance, reporting, risk management, and communication capabilities.
  • Fluent in English and Chinese; Mandarin is an advantage.
