Machine Operator

Machine Operator – Production & Packaging
Schedule: Full-Time, Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM
Pay: $17.00/hour

This is a hands-on role involving equipment operation, packaging, quality checks, and general production duties.
Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor production and packaging machinery.
• Set up equipment and make basic adjustments as needed.
• Package and inspect finished products for quality and accuracy.
• Follow production schedules and daily output requirements.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary work area.
• Follow GMP, food-safety, and workplace safety procedures.
• Complete basic production records and report equipment or quality issues.
• Assist with cleaning, changeovers, and other production tasks.

• Previous food manufacturing, packaging, warehouse, or production experience preferred.
• Machine operation experience is a plus.
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic.
• Ability to follow instructions and work effectively with a team.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced production environment.
• Forklift experience preferred but not required.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
