Quality Assurance Officer
Location: Brisbane, QLD
Pay rate: Up to $45 per hour (depending on experience)
Hours: Monday to Friday | 6:00am - 3:00pm
Start: Immediate Starts Available

We're currently partnering with a leading manufacturing organisations in Brisbane and are seeking experienced professionals for multiple opportunities across Quality and Manufacturing
Whether your background is in Quality Assurance, Quality Control, Production Support, Compliance, Inspection, Continuous Improvement, or Manufacturing Operations, we'd love to hear from you.
These positions offer the opportunity to work within a modern manufacturing environment focused on innovation, quality, and delivering industry-leading products.

Key Responsibilities include:
  • Conducting quality inspections and audits
  • Ensuring products meet customer and company standards
  • Investigating quality issues and implementing corrective actions
  • Performing root cause analysis and continuous improvement activities
  • Maintaining quality documentation and records
  • Supporting production and operational teams
  • Managing non-conformance reports and quality metrics
  • Participating in customer inspections and audits
  • Assisting with process improvements and operational excellence initiatives
About You We're interested in candidates who have:
  • Experience within manufacturing, production, engineering, transport, automotive, or trade environments
  • A strong commitment to quality and safety
  • Excellent attention to detail and hands on work
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Experience with hands on audits, inspections, compliance, or quality systems is highly regarded
  • Knowledge of continuous improvement methodologies such as 5 Whys, PDCA, 8D, or Lean principles is desirable
