We are looking for an experienced Change & Communications Manager to lead transformational change initiatives across a complex business environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and drive the overall change strategy, agenda and plan.
- Develop and execute stakeholder engagement, communications, training and adoption activities.
- Conduct change impact assessments and training needs analysis.
- Develop and facilitate workshops, meetings and knowledge-transfer sessions.
- Design and deliver training programs for employees, change leaders and change agents.
- Support the development and testing of processes, procedures and work instructions.
- Monitor and report on change activities, progress, risks and issues.
- Identify barriers to adoption and develop strategies to support successful implementation.
- Coach program teams and business stakeholders throughout the change journey.
- Work collaboratively with SMEs and distributed teams across different locations.
About You
- 12+ years' experience in Change Management.
- Strong experience across change, stakeholder engagement, communications and training.
- Proven experience delivering change impact assessments and training needs analysis.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience designing and delivering training programs.
- Ability to work effectively in complex environments and mobilise quickly.
- Experience in Mining or Utilities preferred.
- Professional services or major enterprise experience highly regarded.
- Experience working with geographically distributed teams preferred.
- Knowledge of HR processes is advantageous.
- Relevant change management certifications and systems knowledge are desirable.
