We are seeking a dependable and flexible Administrative Assistant to join our small office team for local Manufacturing Company. This position is available on either a full-time or part-time basis and will primarily provide coverage during employee lunches, breaks, vacations, and other time-off periods.
Hourly rate $20-$25 based on experience Monday-Friday 8AM – 5PM with 1 hour lunch, Full Time Monday-Friday 9AM -2/3PM Part Time
Responsibilities
Answer and direct incoming phone calls
Process incoming and outgoing mail
Maintain and organize filing systems
Assist with document control and quality-related record keeping
Cross-train in Customer Service functions
Cross-train in Accounting and potentially Payroll duties
Provide general administrative support as needed
Qualifications
Experience in purchasing, procurement, or as a buyer is helpful but not required.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook and Excel
Strong organizational and communication skills
Ability to multitask and adapt to changing priorities
Attention to detail and accuracy
Willingness to learn multiple office functions through cross-training
Previous office or administrative experience preferred but not required
