ABOUT THE ROLE
The ICT Support Officer provides technical support to staff and students across schools in the Riverlands region, with a focus on infrastructure stability, device management, and user support. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual to step into a regionally critical support role. This is a 6-month contract position, with the possibility of extension or permanency subject to operational requirements and budget approval.
Key Skills

• Mobile Device Management (MDM) — hands-on experience deploying and managing devices, with Microsoft Intune essential.
• Microsoft 365 administration including user account management, password resets and access permissions.
• Active Directory and/or Azure Active Directory — user provisioning, group management and troubleshooting.
• End-user hardware and software support — diagnosis and resolution of faults across desktops, laptops, tablets and peripherals.
