You’ll enter an established platform with active client relationships, structured training and experienced recruiters around you, rather than being expected to build a client base from scratch. With opportunities across Private Equity and Early Careers recruitment, you’ll gain exposure to leading financial institutions, senior professionals and high-value assignments while developing skills that can accelerate your career in search, sales and financial services.
The Recruitment Consultant will build relationships with exceptional candidates, support high-value searches and develop into a trusted recruitment partner within the financial services market.
Role Highlights
– Work on searches across Private Equity or Early Careers, partnering with established financial services clients
– Identify, approach and engage talented professionals through research, networking and headhunting
– Build long-term candidate relationships, with exposure ranging from graduate talent to senior investment professionals
– Manage recruitment processes from initial candidate conversations through interviews, offers and successful placements
– Develop your commercial skills on an established desk, with the opportunity to build your own client relationships as you progress

– Strong communication skills and confidence building relationships with new people
– Commercial curiosity, ambition and motivation to work toward measurable goals
– Resilience and the initiative to pursue opportunities rather than waiting for direction
– A collaborative mindset and genuine interest in learning about recruitment, financial markets and executive search
