Head of Fractional Leadership

Fractional Leadership Consultant / Business Development | Life Sciences | London Build one of the fastest-growing markets in Life Sciences.
We're partnering with an established international life sciences recruitment business to appoint a commercially driven consultant into a specialist division focused on fractional leadership, advisory and strategic growth solutions.
This is not a traditional recruitment desk.
Instead, you'll work with founders, investors and leadership teams across high-growth biotech businesses, helping them access senior executives, board advisers and strategic talent at critical stages of their growth journey.
If you enjoy opening doors, building genuine relationships and operating as a trusted adviser rather than a transactional recruiter, this could be a unique opportunity.
The Opportunity You'll join an established platform with significant traction across Europe and the US, helping to further develop an exciting area of the business focused on:

• Fractional C-suite appointments
• Interim executive leadership
• Board advisers
• Strategic consultants
• Venture-backed biotech companies
• Investor and founder relationships

Rather than waiting for vacancies, you'll be creating opportunities by building long-term partnerships with founders and investors before hiring needs formally arise.
What You'll Be Doing

• Developing relationships with biotech founders, CEOs, boards and investors
• Building partnerships with venture capital firms and investment networks
• Introducing senior advisory and fractional leadership solutions
• Managing retained and strategic recruitment assignments
• Growing an existing market with substantial infrastructure already in place
• Becoming a recognised specialist within one of life sciences' fastest-growing talent markets

• A high-performing 360 recruiter
• A 180 Business Development Consultant
• An Executive Search Consultant
• A Principal Consultant or Manager
• Someone looking to move into a more strategic, consultative market

Life sciences experience would be advantageous, but we're equally interested in commercially minded individuals with exceptional business development skills, credibility and relationship-building ability.
Package

• Base salary: £50,000 - £70,000 (DOE)
• Uncapped commission
• Flexible level depending on experience
• Excellent long-term progression
• London based with international market exposure
