Mechatronics Product Technical Manager

Mission:

• Mechatronic PTM is accountable for the R&D engineering deliverables needed to justify product design subjects, leading validation prototype developments and those defined tests completion on time.
• Mechatronic PTM is responsible for the R&D related product sample cost estimation, its development scheduling and the orchestration of all the R&D activities with the support from each engineering discipline team (Mechanical, Electronics and Validation) and Mechatronic Project Manager.
• Mechatronic PTM is empowered to manage his/her contributors and fostering project teamwork and their responsibilities.

• メカトロニクスPTMは、研究開発関連の製品サンプルのコスト見積もり、開発スケジュール、および各開発者のサポートによるすべての研究開発活動の指揮に責任を負います。

メカトロニクスPTMは、各エンジニアリングチーム（メカニカル、エレクトロニクス、バリデーション）のサポートを受けながら、すべてのR&D活動の指揮を執ります。

メカトロニクスプロジェクトマネージャーのサポートを受けながら、すべての研究開発活動を統括します。

• メカトロニクスPTMは、プロジェクトチームワークとその責任者を管理する権限を与えられています。

Requirements

MUST
- Engineering Degree.
- Over 3 to 5 years experience in Automotive R&D development activities.
- Development lead experience and technology base knowledges in automotive electronics devices
- Fluent Japanese (JLPT N3 or higher)
- Fluent English

Preferable
-Sensing / controller units

MUST
- 工学の学位。
- 3年から5年以上の自動車R&D開発活動の経験
- 自動車の電気電子部品の開発でリーダーとしてのご経験
