Neighbourhood Manager

KC Group are recruiting on behalf of a leading housing organisation for a Neighbourhood Manager, In the Northampton area. Please note, a DBS check is also required for the role.

This is a full-time temporary role, Monday-Friday, 37.5 hours per week, paying £22.25 per hour.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a customer-focused housing team, taking responsibility for a designated neighbourhood portfolio and delivering high-quality tenancy, estate, and community management services. You'll be the primary point of contact for residents, ensuring customers receive an excellent service while helping to build vibrant and sustainable communities.

Key Responsibilities Neighbourhood Manager:

• Manage a portfolio of residential properties and estates across Northampton.
• Carry out regular estate inspections and ensure compliance-related actions are completed.
• Support customers with tenancy matters, safeguarding concerns, and community issues.
• Investigate anti-social behaviour and work with relevant partners to achieve positive outcomes.
• Liaise with contractors, local authorities, and internal departments regarding estate and property matters.
• Attend customer meetings, community events, and court proceedings where necessary.
• Monitor estate standards and coordinate improvement plans.
• Ensure accurate record keeping and case management.

To be considered for the Neighbourhood Manager:

• Experience within social housing, housing management, or tenancy services.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to manage complex customer situations and resolve issues effectively.
• Strong administrative and IT skills, including Microsoft Office.
• Knowledge of housing regulations and customer-focused service delivery.
• Ability to work independently whilst contributing to a wider team.
• Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle insured for business use. 

Key Information Neighbourhood Manager role:
